Carole opened the shoulder and set an oxblood satin panel across it, then re-cut the lapel to follow the new line. The seams are topstitched by hand in the same thread.
12 to 18 pieces each month. 6 to 8 ready to claim now; the rest reserved against their base jacket and a stated ship date.
The list sees the drop at 19:00, 24 hours before everyone else.

It starts from a jacket that is already good — a premium base jacket, sourced for its cloth and its cut, never a worn-out shell.
Carole reshapes details, introduces materials and finishes each seam herself. Not a decorated jacket — a new identity, hers.
The piece is numbered and the number retired. A permanent dossier keeps the record: base jacket, transformation, measurements, care, certificate.
You pay in full at checkout and the piece is made after. Shipping to France and the EU is included in the price.
